It is unable to log into Expand control panel. Expand reports "Can't connect to the AuthEngine".

Resolution

Most probably expand system user "vzagent0" was disabled in system. You need to ensure that "vzagent0" is allowed to log into system using SSH through localhost.

The following example shows how to check vzagent0 system user.

ssh vzagent0@localhost
The authenticity of host 'localhost (127.0.0.1)' can't be established.
RSA key fingerprint is 2c:e1:52:f4:6c:94:ee:2e:ff:b0:14:8e:e6:c5:da:14.
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)? yes

Please use a password defined by "ae_password" option in /usr/local/expand/conf/expand.conf configuration file.
