Problem

- Create a package with a promotion
- View the invoice by clicking the 'Print' button under Account Statements for a user's account.

The invoice may not show the details of promotions, which may cause the invoice figures to add up incorrectly.

Solution

This is because the standard invoice template in your control panel may be out of date. The default template has been updated to include promotions, and therefore fix this issue.

To apply the fix and therefore allow promotions to show up, simply go to this page in Helm:

Home > My shop > Shop configuration > General settings

and click the "Restore Default Template" button. This will put the correct template into Helm, and promotions will appear in invoices when you click the Print button in the future.
